Ranirhat Sristi Cultural & Social Welfare Organisation is a community-run organisation based in Ranirhat, West Bengal, working across two connected strands: cultural life and social welfare. We believe a community is strongest when its traditions are celebrated and its people are looked after — so our members work on both together, not as separate causes.

What we work towards
Our work is rooted in preserving and celebrating local cultural heritage — folk traditions, music, drama and community festivals — while also standing beside residents who need support, through health, welfare and relief efforts. We aim to serve the community without discrimination on the ground of religion, caste, creed, sex or community.
Beyond culture and welfare
Alongside our cultural and welfare work, we also seek to support education and skill development, encourage sports and recreational activity, and help our community grow more confident with digital tools and technology. Our aim is a community that grows together — informed, capable and connected.
